we are extra-not-ordinary

Genmab is a people-powered biotech company rooted in science. We attract and retain people who embrace the opportunity to build a transformative future through their work. Our company culture is inclusive and empowers employees with diverse talents to realize their potential.

Innovative

We are passionate about science and innovation. It means challenging conventions and thinking beyond the realms of possibilities in every business aspect, not just in discovery and product development. It compels us to continue our pursuit of the next big breakthrough, from discoveries to cutting-edge treatments to delivering on our promise to patients and creating value. This translates into a place that continuously commits to a globally diverse and inclusive culture where differences drive innovative solutions. A place where you can be authentically you; are empowered to innovate, build solutions, and execute; feel cared for and supported; and are a critical part of our vision to transform the lives of people with cancer and other serious diseases.

Determined

We are tenacious. Even when facing the challenges and setbacks that come with being innovative, we remain motivated to find new and better solutions. This determination means we take pride in being the best at what we do. It is a key factor in our ability to identify and address areas of unmet treatment need.

Collaborative

We value our diversity and our ability to pull together across locations and cultures to solve problems. By working as one team and respecting each other, we create an environment built on trust—where it is safe to ask for help and where everyone is treated equally and respectfully regardless of reporting lines or specializations.

Integrity

Integrity is a quality that underpins all we do and how we treat each other. It defines our relationships with colleagues, business partners, patients and other stakeholders. Doing the right thing is about being honest, trustworthy and transparent and staying true to our high standards. We do not take shortcuts. We prioritize long-term benefits even in the face of short-term losses. It is our moral compass when difficult choices have to be made.

Genmab is one of the leading biotech companies in Europe based on market cap and among the world’s top antibody companies.
