RG1512 is a fully human antibody created by Genmab under a collaboration with Roche.  Roche filed a clinical trial application with the British regulatory authorities for RG1512 in September 2007 and the antibody is currently in Phase I clinical development for the potential treatment of peripheral vascular disease (PVD).
