Copenhagen, Denmark; June 2, 2005 – Genmab A/S (CSE: GEN) announced today the appointment of Annarie Lyles, Ph.D. as Vice President, Business Development. Dr. Lyles will be based in the company’s US office in Princeton, New Jersey.

 

As Vice President, Business Development, Dr. Lyles will be involved in all business development activities globally. Previously, Dr. Lyles was Senior Director, Business Development at Medarex, Inc., where she undertook a variety of licensing activities from contacting potential partners to managing the partnership after agreement completion.  Dr. Lyles graduated from Yale University where she earned a Bachelor of biology degree and from Princeton University were she received a Doctoral degree in biology.
